DELIVERY
In which country is our delivery service offered?
- We deliver to Canada.
What are the costs for delivery?
- Standard delivery: free for all orders of $75 or more. A $9 delivery fee applies to orders under $75.
Are there return costs?
- There are no return costs! If you do not have a return slip in your package, contact customer service at the following email: sac@gocheapgo.com
Are shipping costs refunded if I return my order?
- Shipping costs are not refunded if you return your order.

Where can I find my invoice/order confirmation?
- You will receive an email after your purchase with the invoice number and tracking number. You also have the option to log in with the connection tab to see all your orders.
What is the order processing time?
- If you have selected the standard delivery option; Your order will be shipped between 3-5 business days, delays may occur. As for the fast delivery option; Your order will be shipped between 1-3 business days, delays may occur.
How can I track the delivery of my order?
- You will receive an email with your GLS delivery number when the order is packed and ready to leave our warehouse. You can also go to the GLS website (https://gls-canada.com/fr/express/suivi) and enter your delivery number in the box provided for this purpose.
RETURN/DEFAULT AND OTHER
How to return online purchases?
- Go to the site provided for this purpose by clicking here.
- Access your order by entering your order number, as well as the email used, in the box provided for this purpose.
- Select the items you wish to exchange or return. Please note that bottoms, swimsuits, boxers and pajamas are considered final sale.
- When you have selected the items you wish to exchange or return, select from the ten (10) reasons available to you, the reason for your exchange or return.
- Choose the refund or exchange option.
- Select the box with the free delivery option.
- Validate all previous steps.
- You will receive in the following minutes; confirmation of your return or exchange request as well as an email allowing you to print the delivery slip.
- Return the unworn and unused item to its original packaging.
- Before sending your return package, please remove all labels on the packaging and affix the slip that you have just printed.
