Once your order has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation indicating the date it was received, the availability, and the price of each item ordered.

We may occasionally have to cancel an order placed on our website if, for example, the items ordered cannot be shipped due to unforeseen circumstances.

While we will endeavor to accommodate your needs whenever possible, we reserve the right to revise an inaccurate price or item description and to cancel or refuse an order for an item with an inaccurate price or description. These corrections may occur even after the order has been accepted.

SALES TAX

In Canada, Liquidation440 charges sales tax on products ordered through this website. The applicable tax rate depends on the shipping address of the order.

DELIVERY

We deliver to all regions of Canada.
We offer different delivery methods depending on the items purchased on www.liquidation440.com and the destination address.

During checkout, you will be asked to choose a delivery method.
Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • delivery method,

  • weight and size of the items,

  • destination address.

Total shipping charges are displayed during checkout before completing the order.
All shipping rates displayed on Liquidation440.com are in Canadian dollars.

Delivery is carried out by GLS, which delivers all our products. If no one is present at the time of delivery, packages will be left at the door.

DELIVERY TO QUEBEC AND CANADA

  • Standard delivery is $10 on orders under $100.

  • Standard delivery is $5 on orders of $100 and more.

Delivery fees are non-refundable.

The purchase amount used to determine delivery fees corresponds to the subtotal before taxes and after all discounts and promotions.
We only deliver to addresses located in Canada.

STANDARD DELIVERY

Order delivery time is 5–8 business days once the order leaves our warehouse.
Please note that delivery to rural or remote areas may require additional time.

Business days: Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

DELIVERY TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES

An order can only be shipped to one address.
If you need items sent to more than one address, you must place separate orders.

RETURN POLICY

The period allowed to submit an online return request is 10 days following the date you received the goods.

During the holiday season, returns are accepted until January 15.

Non-returnable items (for hygiene reasons):

  • Underwear

  • Swimwear

  • Socks

Liquidation440 is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
Gift cards are non-refundable.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless:

  • the wrong item was delivered,

  • the wrong size was delivered,

  • or the item arrived damaged or defective.

Return shipping costs are 5$ per order.
